Who is responsible?

Information sent from this website is handled by the owners of the Manoir du Chastenay, Arcy-sur-Cure (89270), France. For any question: contact@manoirduchastenay.com.

What we collect

Only what you write in our forms: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give it, your company, the planned date and number of guests, and your message.

Why

To answer your request, send you the brochure or a proposal and, if you asked us to, let you know about upcoming dates or when membership opens. We do nothing else with your information: it is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. This processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and on the exchanges that precede a possible contract.

Where it is stored

Our forms record your answers in a Google spreadsheet (Google Forms and Google Sheets). Google may process this data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. If sending fails, your email software opens a pre-filled message to our contact address.

How long

Three years after our last exchange, after which it is deleted. If a contract is signed, the necessary information is kept for as long as the law requires.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and does not measure its audience. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps technical logs (IP address, pages visited) for the security of the service.

Your rights

You may at any time access your information, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, ask for its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent. Just write to contact@manoirduchastenay.com. If you feel your rights are not respected, you may complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
